The room was exceptionally nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the stuff was great and polite. The location was marvellous and amazing for traveling around Heidelberg, just next door to a lovely residential area, spotlessly clean, ideal location for visiting Heidelberg and Bahnhof and the tram.

We were in Heidelberg for 2 days, had nice stay, the hotel was clean with good and magnificent location easy to take tram to city center. The staff was amicable and excellent, everything was good.

The stay here was really really nice, appreciated the hotel, it was clean with favourable and stunning location close enough to a quiet area of Heidelberg. The staff was very helpful and attentive and around most of the time.

It was so close to 4 bus stops, 3 tram stops and 2 train stations within walking distance, center of town on quiet streets and S-Bahn, stunning and lovely location overall. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Mcdonald's Restaurant that is only 15 minutes' walk away.
Some people working there were very rude.
